To support the growing demand for advanced energy materials, YM ZLD has launched an upgraded Powder ALD platform tailored for lithium-ion batteries, metallic/alloy powders, catalysts, and nanomaterial coatings.
This new system allows conformal and uniform coatings on high-surface-area powders at the nanoscale. Applications include improving anode/cathode stability, enhancing catalyst lifetime, and increasing charge/discharge rates in battery technologies.
The powder ALD system integrates real-time process control, variable substrate heating, and inert atmosphere handling, ensuring material purity and process repeatability.
